At present, Turkey is going through a very difficult time. Tragedy has struck the nation in the form of a major mining disaster. Protests, riots, and police activity have been prominent since this accident. The Prime minister took a very nonchalant stance towards the victim’s families, and this did not go over well.

This is a guest post highlighting a different side of Turkey. The author will tell us about some amazing places that you can visit in the country. I think that we can all agree that the current events should not take away from the country’s charm. That being said, I wanted to put up this disclaimer, and state that our hearts go out to all of those who are suffering due to this horrible disaster. Oludeniz is known as home to many of the world’s most exciting and thrilling excursions. It is a warm climate with lots of activities going on. In Oludeniz, you can participate in various activities. Among them are paragliding and white-water rafting. The area is enclosed by a number of winding mountains, which will enchant you. Your white-water rafting journey starts with lunch at a nice restaurant that is close to the starting point of the river. By the time this day is done, you will feel calm and with a wondrous sense of peace of mind.

To visit Turkey as a tourist, prepare in advance. Know what you need and make sure it is all in your packing list.
