Watch this video of how this young black woman accosts this white man for having dreads. What are your thoughts on this interaction?
My opinion should be quite obvious based on my life views. If she is in fact an employee, then she needs to be terminated, or in the least, disciplined for her behavior.
Look, this guy is not bothering anyone, and he has the right to wear his hair however he likes. He was trying to get away from her, and she didn’t allow him. She’s lucky she encountered a mellow guy, there are some people out there who won’t tolerate being touched or handled in that fashion. She needs to keep her hands to herself.
I support my black brothers and sisters when there is an injustice perpetrated against them. However, when I see someone crossing the line, be they white or black or any other race, then something has to be said. In this case, based on that which I have seen, she is definitely crossing the line! This woman needs to keep her hands to herself, and unless her life is being directly affected by someone, she needs to mind her own business.
Following is a one on one interview with the victim of the accosting. He is much more tolerant, and explains himself much more than I would have to this obviously biased interviewer.
