When is deadly force authorized?

Watch me chat on this topic of deadly force. In this video clip, you observe a large man attempting to take down a police officer. Rather than stepping in and helping the cop, you can hear the people screaming “whoop that motherf*cker.” Thing is, based off of this video, I can’t tell if the people are cheering on the police officer, or the other guy. Truth be told though, that is irrelevant.

Let’s just say that the assailant manages to take down the cop. He subsequently has access to all of his tools, including his gun. This means he could shoot the cop, and hey, maybe after that if he wants to, he can go to town on all of you. Think about that when you decide to film and stand around while a police officer is struggling with an assailant.

Listen to my thoughts on the use of deadly force in this and similar scenarios. What do you think I’m going to say?
