doTERRA Deep Blue Oil Review

With constant, hard, intense training, there are bound to be aches and pains. This is just par for the course. As a participant, and a instructor who doesn’t only lead, but participates, I’m putting in about 6 to 7 days of training a week. Minimum two hours a day. So yes, there will be some wear and tear.

I do my best to eat a clean, healthy diet that will aid in my recovery efforts. I take my vitamins, protein shakes, and do my best to avoid any risky activities. However, jumping up and down for an extended period of time will inevitably cause some strain.

Enter deep blue, my wife has been telling me about these oils she has been taking for health. Initially, I wrote them off as snake oil and didn’t pay any attention. But, two days ago, I had a dreadful pain on my achilles tendon. The lady told me to try this oil on it, and I figured, hell, what do I have to lose?

She rubbed the oil on for me, and within minutes, the pain was gone. Seriously, I was like, “What the hell?” I’m not sure if this thing numbed it, or what the hell it did, but the major pain in the tendon was gone. I was good all night, and most of the morning, then around lunchtime the next day, I began to feel the discomfort again. That night I taught my class and then trained an additional two hours including Zumba. After that session, I once again limped out of the gym.

I thought I’d try the oil again, and this time I examined the bottle. I noticed that it includes camphor, which is found in many pain remedies. The difference is, that salonpas, and things like that never really helped me. This product did. So I put it on a second time, this time I put it on both achilles, as well as my calves. It seemed to help a bit, but it wasn’t the same as the first day. Perhaps the calves require more oil, or maybe I went too hard? I don’t know.

I will say this, the product did appear to provide me with some temporary relief, and it seems to be legit. If you are in pain, and have a few bucks to spare, look for this and see if it helps you out. My suspicion is that if I hadn’t put this on, I may be in worse pain than I am. Of course, I cannot say that with 100% certainty, but it is possible.
