Efax Account Cancellation

You know that I am fair and honest when it comes to my product reviews. Shortly after publishing my review of how I felt hustled by the efax cancellations team, the company reached out to me on twitter. They then conducted a pretty in depth investigation to find out what happened. They provided me a very thorough explanation as to what went wrong with my interaction with the customer support team.

After seeing all the effort that they put into looking into this, and in light of all the information they shared with me, I believe that they are being honest and forthcoming. Mistakes were made and confusion happened, this is true. However, my prior statements about being hustled or misled appear to be inaccurate.

I just wanted you folks to be aware of this. Other than the cancellation, I never had any issues with this company, so in light of this new information that was shared, I feel comfortable recommending them for your fax needs.
