To this day, this is still my favorite type of cheese! There are some things that you never forget, and that you never stop loving. I tell you guys, there was nothing like biting into a sandwich that was made up of unevenly chopped blocks of cheese. There was nothing like the labor of having to chop that cheese off of the block!
