HIIT is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class which incorporates kickboxing, plyometric, and core strength movements.
Strength Training is built around total body conditioning. You train your entire body using weights as well as gravity and your own body.
On my open days, I am either resting, attending classes, or substituting for instructors who may be out.
I am also available for private group training. I can teach Strength, HIIT, Basic Step, Kickboxing, Boxing, Boot Camp, and all related cardio styles.
