I ordered chicken wings with french fries, I asked that the fries have ketchup on them. No ketchup.
I ordered a spring roll and 1 egg roll. I received two egg rolls, they tasted sour, neither me or my wife could eat them. We threw them out lest we risk getting sick.
I ordered 2 sodas, I stated that if by chance the soda I ordered was unavailable, that they please send something without caffeine, I provided an extensive list of caffeine free sodas I am sure they have. I mentioned I was allergic to caffeine. They sent me 2 cokes, with caffeine.
The entire order was messed up, even though it was written out in plain english. The order was placed through grubhub, so I reached out to them and they gave me a $10 credit to my account. Fair enough, grubhub always makes things right when the restaurants screw up, this isn’t the first place that badly botches and order. So props to grubhub for awesome customer service.
