Quoted directly from their advertisement: “Queens Theatre proudly presents its 2012 Latino Cultural Festival, a four-day celebration of New York City’s Latin culture. Now in its 16th year, the Festival is one of Queens Theatre’s cornerstone events, featuring theatre, film, music, dance, visual art and children’s programming from a variety of Latin communities in New York City and its most diverse borough: Queens.”
Will you be there to enjoy the festivities? NYCTalking will be attending. We find that Queens theatre is highly underrated. Yes, it is a little out of the way, but they put on quality shows at a fraction of the cost of Broadway shows. In fact, some of the shows, prior to going to Broadway make a test run here. If you haven’t been to this theatre, I recommend it. What better time to check it out than during a CALIENTE Latino Cultural Festival?
Let us know what night you’ll be attending, and should you spot anyone from NYCTalking, please say hello, we promise we won’t bite. For the specific show times and to get tickets check out Queens Theatre online.
