When we are off balance, we can react to something in a way that does not reflect who we are. We are allowed to react, its how we react. For me, I am learning how to stay in my breath and remain calm when I feel my emotional triggers. I am not ignoring how I feel, and will express it in a way that allows me to stay more in my center.
