First off, I want to say YES! This is karma at her best! Don’t get me wrong here, this is not to make light of the fact that a woman was raped, or the fact that she has HIV. My excitement is not in any way due to her plight, at all. I am sorry that she went, and is going through this difficult time. Let’s get that clear, and any of you looking to twist this, save your energy, I’m not going to bite! My excitement is because this man thought he was getting away with one of the most heinous crimes a man can commit, a rape assault against a woman.
We all know that our government is infinitely forgiving when it comes to sexual predators. Rapists and child molesters are given ridiculously short jail sentences, and there are even sympathizers for them among us. These animals get jails sentences of 30 days, 6 months, 2 years, 5 years, and then they are back out on the streets again. Back out and ready to commit more crimes. Its just nice to know that this dirt bag may have encountered a little poetic justice.
He raped this woman and he didn’t know that she had HIV. Now he’s sitting in a prison cell waiting for his HIV test results. Can you imagine the agony this dirt bag must be experiencing? Not only is he facing prison time, but he could have contracted a deadly disease for his crime. If there was ever anyone that deserves HIV, it’s rapists. The woman does not, but this dirt bag, yeah he deserves it and then some!
Here is my concern though, they only gave him 5 years in prison. This means he’ll probably be out of there in 3 years or so. Now who’s to say that when this dirt bag comes back out he won’t start to rape again? Let’s say he did contract the HIV virus, now this rapist can go around and spread it to other innocent woman as he rapes them too. This man should never be allowed to walk the streets again, not only for raping this woman, but because he presents a clear and present danger to any women he may encounter in the future.
