Queens’ hip hop artist Charlie Scott is a huge Rangers fan, anyone who knows him knows this. Scott can be often found at a Rangers game, and few things can gain his focus when a game is on! Serendipity is the only word that comes to mind when watching this video. Mike Pullano from The Blueshirt Buds was going around upgrading the seats of fans who could answer a Rangers question! Who do you think he runs into?
