I’m a terrible snorer, this lead me to a sleep specialist where they determined that I have severe sleep apnea. I forget the number of times I stopped breathing, and woke up due to choking in my sleep. However, the number they stated was well beyond what they’d consider a problem. Enter my cpap therapy!
