Many men think that in order to be fit, we have to lift ridiculous amounts of weight. This is something I did when I was younger, and I still live with the subsequent injuries that came because of it. Let’s chat about whether or not lifting ridiculous amounts of weight is necessary to get a nice looking physique. Do I need to lift heavy weights?
