One of the biggest concerns people dropping weight have is whether or not they will have loose skin at the end of their journey. I’m always asked Will I have loose skin after losing weight? In this video, I attempt to explain my thoughts on this, and I offer what I believe is the single best piece of advice one can give on this matter. Do note, I am an AFAA Certified fitness professional, but I am note a medical doctor. My advice should not be treated as such, just saying!
