Quikcast: Stick to the basics in fitness

Lately, I have noticed a lot of people at the gym, doing exercises which are frankly ridiculous at their current fitness level. I can assure you that balancing yourself on a bosu ball will do absolutely nothing for you in the way of weight loss. If you ask me, (some have) I will tell you as such. There is a time and place for that type of training, but if your goal is to drop some body fat, (as many have told me) then the bosu balance move is not for you! Stick to the basics! Have a listen to some basic solid advice right here!
