Shake Shack

My burger place has been Bareburger. I’ve been going there for years, and it still remains my favorite spot for a clean and delicious burger. There is one in my neighborhood, in the Forest Hills area.

Recently, some new competition showed up in the form of Shake Shack. Now for some reason, I thought I had already eaten there, but it seems that I was mistaken. So, naturally, I had to try the new spot out. Every time I passed by, there was a line, so I waited a few months until the hoopla died down. I don’t like to get on long ass lines.

The cashier was super friendly, and we were joking around for a few moments. Ordering can be a bit complex as they have a wide array of options, but I just told her what I wanted, and we built from there.

The burger was pretty good, I’m not gonna lie to y’all. But, it was pretty small. I think that if you have a big appetite, you’ll want to do a double meat, or get two burgers. We also had cheese fries, and those were pretty good as well. The shake was a small size, and though the cashier told me that they make up for it in thickness, nah, I wasn’t impressed. They need to start making those in a large size.

The food was good, and if I happen to pass by, and there isn’t a long ass line again, I’ll go┬áback in there for a burger and fries.
