When I started training I was closing in on 270 pounds fast. After some changes to my terrible eating habits, and with consistent training, I am currently on my way to break the 220s! My target is to hit 180pds! Then we’ll go from there!
Join me as I continue my journey from fat to fit. Back in the days I was an avid fitness freak, and somewhere along the line I lost my way. However, I am on my way back, and I have some help. Trainers like James Kiang and Tom Ram have been instrumental in making me accountable to someone other than myself. Yet, on this journey to fitness, at the end of it all, it comes down to you!
