This business is an alternative to “GNC”, or “Vitamin Shoppe” like places. However they carry natural products ranging from protein powders to multivitamins. They also make smoothies and have in house made food products. I have tried several meals there and they were all pretty good.

The staff is very helpful and has always answered all my questions to the best of their abilities, in addition they have recommended products for me to try in line with my goals. I’m currently using several products, including a concentrated pure papaya juice, thyme protein powder, and a “red” berry vitamin supplement.

If you’d like to try a healthy meal, or pick up some all natural health food products, stop by here and give them a try. They really have most anything you could possibly need, and if they don’t have it, they may be willing to order it for you.
