Behind her eyes Series Review

The Mrs said that some of her colleagues recommended this series and showed me the trailer. I had absolutely zero interest in sitting down through this despite it being only a 6 episode limited series. Still despite that, I decided to give it a go.

We watched the first 2 episodes last night and we weren’t sure that we wanted to continue it. However, we were extremely curious as to where this was going. So today we picked up the show and finished the last 4 episodes.

So what are my thoughts after watching the whole show? I think the actors were all great and did fantastic work. I absolutely love Adam, he’s one of the main character’s son. He’s such a cute kid! The story was pretty good and I just found out that this was a book.

This thing is crazy on so many levels. First of all, you have someone who doesn’t heed advice from anyone and does the stupidest things, over and over and over again. The whole thing from start to finish is a total cluster muck of insanity.

Without putting forth any spoilers, I can tell you that this person is a total fool and ultimately, they will pay a very, very high price for what they’ve done. I can’t feel sorry for them because they brought everything on themselves. Sadly, I do feel sorry for someone else, but all wars have casualties am I right? I don’t want to spoil it, but its wild y’all. Trust me.

Generally, I am pretty good at figuring things out as I watch, but this show threw us a few curve balls that makes watching it absolutely worth it. I mean, its really, really jacked up stuff, but I think that it will blow your mind. It’s really wicked stuff.
