I knew this was “used,” but in saying “like new,” you’d think the seller would have had the decency to send me a clean product. I was wrong.
When I opened it up, I saw one hair on it, I figured, meh, whatever, these things happen. I just pulled the hair off and threw it away, I’m not a princess. I continued to unbox it and then I saw more and more hair. I was utterly disgusted with this.
Still, I received it and wanted to test it for fit anyway. So I covered it up in a trash bag and tried it out. I felt it was way too low and flattened out with my head. So in addition to being gross, it wasn’t any good for me either.
I simply put it right back in the box and prepared it for a prompt return. My instincts told me to beware of buying something intimate like a pillow already used. I went ahead with the hope that it would be a decently cared for product. I was mistaken, freaking hair, so gross. I immediately returned this.
Never, ever, ever again will I purchase used pillows or other related products.
