After one month on TRT, I gained about 10 pounds, mostly water weight. I’m focusing on physical therapy-approved exercises and staying patient with progress. Recovery feels steady, and I’ve even noticed more intense orgasms. I’ll keep sharing updates and my shirtless dance videos along the way.

After my first week using BPC157, I’ve noticed less shoulder pain and milder neck discomfort. I do feel hungrier earlier during fasting, likely due to its effects on the stomach, but it passes quickly. I’m optimistic and trust the pharmacy recommended by my doctor.

Dealing with a Rude and Strange Guy at the Gym: Setting Boundaries with Patience

01/31/2023, 1:10 am Angel Rodriguez 0

Sometimes people ask for help when no one else is around, and it’s important to be respectful. I tried to assist a guy at the gym who kept changing his requests and preferred another trainer. Everyone has limits, and it’s okay to step away when patience runs out.

Fasting Is Possible: Exploring the Freedom and Benefits of Intermittent Fasting

06/13/2022, 7:32 am Angel Rodriguez 0

I don’t start eating until after 1pm and usually finish by 9pm. Intermittent fasting feels freeing, helps me avoid weight gain despite less activity, and has made long breaks between meals easy. I’m not sure about all the health claims, but I’m fine doing it.

Episode 116 – BJJ Safety, Abuse Concerns, and Changing Attitudes in the Jiu Jitsu Community
by@Angelrtalk

Some time ago, I wrote a post saying I wasn’t completely comfortable with my wife training jiu jitsu with men. The reaction from many practitioners was intense. I was called insecure, and some people insisted that abuse simply doesn’t happen in the BJJ community.

Since then, I’ve seen more and more posts and discussions acknowledging that jiu jitsu has had issues with grooming and abuse, and that these problems have existed for years. It’s been interesting to watch that shift. When I first shared my concerns, a lot of higher belts and experienced practitioners dismissed my perspective. Now, many of those same types of voices openly recognize that these problems are real.

That contrast is hard to ignore. I talk about it in more detail in episode 116.

I saw something similar during my time in the military. In environments that are heavily male dominated, with very few women, the risk of misconduct can increase. My concerns were never about insecurity. They were about awareness, caution, and looking out for the people I care about.
