Size Genetics All Day Stretcher (Jes-Extender) Review: Does It Really Work and Is It Safe?

05/23/2023, 4:38 am Angel Rodriguez 0

I tried this device hoping for extra length but found it painful, tricky to use, and prone to slipping. Despite some medical uses, especially for Peyronie’s disease, I can’t recommend it for enlargement. The refund policy is tough, and the risk just isn’t worth it for me.

Bathmate Hydromax 7 Review: My 3-Week Experience with This Penis Pump

05/23/2023, 2:45 am Angel Rodriguez 0

After three weeks with the Bathmate Hydromax 7, I saw no improvement in size or erection quality. Despite promises of a full refund, I only recovered 40% after shipping costs. It’s a hassle that, in my experience, isn’t worth the money or effort.

WC Freeze Hybrid Replacement Earpads Review: Comfortable and Durable Cushion Upgrade for Arctis 1 Headset

05/22/2023, 7:55 am Angel Rodriguez 0

I replaced my aging Arctis 1 headset earpads with these recommended cushions. They’re comfortable, large, and easy to switch out. Though not cheap, they feel durable so far and don’t cause much sweat. I’m curious to see how well they hold up over time.

iPad Mini 6 Waterproof Case Review: Secure, Slim, and Stylish Protection

05/16/2023, 7:23 am Angel Rodriguez 0

After testing multiple iPad cases, this one stands out for its secure fit, sleek design, and solid protection. While the adhesive stand feels flimsy and the touch ID button is tricky to use, the volume buttons and port cover work great. Overall, it’s likely to be my go-to case.

Iron Mountain Shredding Review: Reliable Service with Room for Better Communication

05/01/2023, 7:34 am Angel Rodriguez 0

I needed to shred three banker’s boxes of documents and chose Iron Mountain. The scheduling was slow and required several follow-ups, but pickup went smoothly. For small shredding jobs around $100, they’re a reliable choice despite communication delays. Open to other recommendations.

Maze Men’s Health Vasectomy Review: A Detailed Personal Experience

02/24/2023, 1:58 am Angel Rodriguez 0

I decided to share my vasectomy journey with Maze Men’s Health, highlighting their caring staff, especially Shantel, the no scalpel no needle method, and a smooth experience despite initial nerves. If you’re considering this procedure, Maze offers professionalism and modern care worth exploring.

Iron Neck Update 2023: Honest Review and My Experience with the Device

01/12/2023, 3:55 am Angel Rodriguez 0

I’ve been using the Iron Neck consistently but haven’t seen significant pain relief or clear benefits for my herniated neck. Without proper guidance and mixed advice from therapists, this expensive device feels like a gamble. The recent model upgrade and limited support left me disappointed.

Purevision Optical Review: Disappointing Experience and Customer Service Concerns

12/06/2022, 7:15 am Angel Rodriguez 0

I visited Purevision Optical for an eye bump, but the experience felt off and unwelcoming. The specialist couldn’t prescribe antibiotics, which was frustrating. A warm eye patch I bought burst and made a mess. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you have no other choice.

Episode 116 – BJJ Safety, Abuse Concerns, and Changing Attitudes in the Jiu Jitsu Community
by@Angelrtalk

Some time ago, I wrote a post saying I wasn’t completely comfortable with my wife training jiu jitsu with men. The reaction from many practitioners was intense. I was called insecure, and some people insisted that abuse simply doesn’t happen in the BJJ community.

Since then, I’ve seen more and more posts and discussions acknowledging that jiu jitsu has had issues with grooming and abuse, and that these problems have existed for years. It’s been interesting to watch that shift. When I first shared my concerns, a lot of higher belts and experienced practitioners dismissed my perspective. Now, many of those same types of voices openly recognize that these problems are real.

That contrast is hard to ignore. I talk about it in more detail in episode 116.

I saw something similar during my time in the military. In environments that are heavily male dominated, with very few women, the risk of misconduct can increase. My concerns were never about insecurity. They were about awareness, caution, and looking out for the people I care about.
