I thought I covered Chewy sometime ago, but I guess I just gave them a shout out on social media and not the site. If there is any one company that deserves a shout out on this site, it’s Chewy.
These guys are 100% about customer satisfaction. The products they sell are great, their delivery is super fast, and if anything is wrong, they will go well out of their way to take care of it.
In the video below, you’ll see me demonstrating the gates we got while we were gonna keep #peppathepom in the kitchen. Well, Peppa is so small that she looked at me from behind the gate, then she just squeezed in and walked right through the bars! I truly wish I had that recorded because that moment was one of the funniest things I have ever experienced. It’s like she had no idea this was supposed to keep her in there. LOL. It was hilarious.
So I reached out to chewy and told them about it. I was looking to return the product for a refund, but they said it was fine. They refunded the money and told me to pay it forward. Keep the gate and donate to someone or an organization who may need it. How cool was that?
In messages, tweets, etc, they have asked about, and spoken specifically about Peppa and our experience puppy parenting her. I’m a huge fan of this company and I really love how they do things. The products they carry are great, but what truly sets these folks apart is their customer service. Big fan and highly recommended for all of your pet care needs!
