One thing that I have noticed since starting Yoga is that I want more sex than I did already. Now, if you know me, you know that I am a sexual savage who always wants sex, much more than I ever actually get it. Taking Yoga regularly has compounded my already very high sexual desires. So how does one handle that increase? The answer is right there within the question.
It’s odd because I’m 45 years old and according to some previous blood work, my testosterone is decreasing and fairly low. I’m not sure what chemical reaction is happening in my body due to taking Yoga, but Yoga is making this already horny dude even hornier.
Honestly, I think that this is a positive side effect of training. It means that whatever is happening, it is affecting my already very strong libido in a positive way. I’m okay with that, I think the opposite would suck. I’d rather have a very high sexual level of desire than to lose it. So, here’s to Yoga and staying perpetually horny into my 90s!
