For the past few weeks, my ears—especially the right one—have felt full, like something is stuck in there, and I need to keep popping them. The constant urge to pop my ears is so persistent that it’s starting to trigger an anxiety response.
Think about it: trying to pop your ears over and over, never succeeding. That’s enough to drive anyone crazy, but imagine what it can do to someone who’s already a little unhinged. It really sucks.
I’ve seen a few ENTs, visited an urgent care clinic, worked with my physical therapist, and even consulted Dr. Google. Nothing has helped so far, and it’s beyond frustrating.
I’m not sure what’s causing this, though I suspect my CPAP might have something to do with it—but I’m no doctor, so don’t quote me on that.
Just a life long New Yorker sharing the journey through my lens. Please take note of a post’s date. The views I express here are subject to change and evolving as I grow and learn.
