Episode 69 – Finding balance in training

I’ve always been an all or nothing type of person when it comes to training. That’s why I fluctuate between the extremes of really fit or really fat. It is very hard for me to see anything but black and white when it comes to this space. The grey area is very difficult for me to find. However, I work hard everyday to try and find it. Here are the latest steps I’ve taken on that journey to equilibrium.
