I’ve always been someone who tends to go all in or not at all when it comes to training. Because of that, I often find myself swinging between being really fit and carrying more weight than I’d like. It’s challenging for me to see this journey in anything but black and white, and finding a balanced middle ground feels difficult. That said, I’m committed to working every day to discover that grey area. Here are the latest steps I’ve taken on this path toward balance.
