I ordered chicken wings with french fries and requested ketchup on the fries, but it was not included.
I ordered a spring roll and an egg roll, but received two egg rolls instead. Unfortunately, they tasted sour and were inedible, so we discarded them to avoid any health risks.
I also ordered two sodas and specified that if my chosen soda was unavailable, I preferred caffeine-free alternatives due to an allergy. Despite providing a list of caffeine-free options, I received two Cokes, which contain caffeine.
The entire order was incorrect, even though the instructions were clear. The order was placed through Grubhub, and I contacted them about the issues. They provided a $10 credit, which I appreciate, as Grubhub has always offered good customer service when issues arise. However, the service from Hong Am Kitchen did not meet expectations.

Just a life long New Yorker sharing the journey through my lens. Please take note of a post’s date. The views I express here are subject to change and evolving as I grow and learn.
