Call me crazy, but it looks to me like these alleged “do gooders” could have snapped the dog’s neck in the “rescue” process. Furthermore, the dog doesn’t sound like it wants to go anywhere.
Who do these people think that they are? You don’t treat people this way, and you don’t treat the animal this way. I think I understand what they are doing, but this is not the way to do it. Their methods are wrong and I would like to slap that white cap of his head!
