Excited to share that I recently started a new role, and it has been a rewarding experience so far. The days fly by with the work, and that energy has made the transition feel natural and engaging.
After an extended period away from work due to layoffs, there were some concerns about how quickly I could find my footing again. Those worries faded almost immediately. Despite being new, it feels like I have been part of this team for much longer than I actually have.
I have made it a priority to adapt quickly and contribute in meaningful ways. While I naturally lean toward taking charge and handling things independently, I have come to appreciate the value of leaning on a team and asking for help when the situation calls for it.
The role aligns well with my strengths and working style, and the team has been genuinely supportive as I navigate this new chapter. I am grateful for the opportunities that have come my way and feeling fortunate to be in this position.
