Naughty but Nicer is a solo art exhibition running 2/28/15 through 3/25/15.
With an incredible attention to detail, Nicer’s work is a mix of gritty Graffiti and refinement. Staying true to his roots, the background of the canvas is covered in layers of spray paint and tags and fades in perfect juxtaposition to his detailed figures created by brush and acrylic.
Drawing inspiration from the Vargas girls era, Nicer has taken the traditional idea and image of the “pin up” and updated it to reference today’s cultural ideas of beauty.
Fans of modern art and street art are bound to enjoy this exhibit.
The opening reception will be held this Saturday 2/28/15 between 5-8 pm at 39 Bruckner Blvd, Bronx NY!
