NPC BEV FRANCIS ATLANTIC STATES CHAMPIONSHIPS

Some of you know the Angel of the past. You know, that guy that I am still seeking to bring forth! Well, those of you know that I have been involved with fitness for most of my adult life. Be it from snowboarding, to bodybuilding, to Mixed martial arts fighting, and even my brief appearance on Men’s Fitness magazine.

This journey has come with many ups and downs, this current period of my life being one of the worst in terms of massive weight gain, and being out of shape. Although this has also led to some of the high points too, for instance, I was on national television, broadcast across the United States of America. That’s kind of cool, I would be lying if I said that I don’t enjoy the occasional “Hey man, I know you from that TV show!” Cause I do like it!

It should come as no surprise to you guys that I am still training. My current home is Equinox, a high end, fancy smancy gym here in Wall Street. I’ve been attending Equinox on and off for years. They’ve pissed me off a few times with price hikes, but at the end of the day I always come back. You simply cannot deny that this gym is one of the best in NYC, and the staff there is amazing.

All that being said brings me to the point of this post, a couple of my personal training buddies from Equinox will be participating in the Men’s physique competition of the NPC Bev Francis Atlantic States Championships. I’m planning to attend, and if you are interested in a cool show, you should come down and cheer on the boys and girls from Equinox.
