NYCTalking 6: Don’t quit! Motivational talk!

Achieving a high level of physical fitness is not easy. For the last couple of days my legs, back, arms, neck and pretty much my whole soul have been aching from training. I’ve added Yoga to my training regiment, and that small change has brought on a whole new world of hurt. However, in time my body will adapt to the new training. The key here is not to quit! If it were easy, everyone could do it. Furthermore, what are your options? Do you want to go back to where you started? I didn’t think so! Forward is the only way to go. We’ll talk about that as well as one of my “goto” workouts on today’s episode of The NYCTalking Podcast.
