President Joe Biden Driving a NYC MTA Bus

In my dream, Joe was driving a bus as part of some sort of publicity stunt, though the context wasn’t very clear. I ended up sitting next to him, and we started chatting while he drove. His driving was pretty terrifying—he kept overshooting bus stops by a mile. At one point, he slammed the brakes so hard that I flew forward, almost getting the wind knocked out of me. I told him to be more careful, but he just seemed confused.

Things only got worse from there. He almost drove straight through a fence and into a park, but just kept going like nothing had happened. Then, we were navigating these narrow pathways, and he nearly hit some pedestrians. He got so close to the edge of the road that the bus was teetering, about to crash into the park below. In a panic, I screamed for everyone to move to the back of the bus to shift the weight and keep us from tipping over. Thankfully, that worked, and we recovered—but Joe kept driving.

He ended up smashing into a bunch of cars with this massive bus, and eventually, he lost control completely. The bus started spinning out of control, and Joe just stood up, completely confused, and started walking around inside the bus like he had no idea what to do.

At that point, I knew someone had to take control, so I jumped into the driver’s seat. The steering wheel was stuck, and I didn’t know how to operate a bus, but after struggling for a while, I managed to get it straightened out. However, we were heading toward a steep hill covered in snow and ice, and there was no way to stop. So, I braced myself and just tried to ride it out.

As we reached the bottom, the bus skidded across icy patches on a frozen lake, sliding everywhere. It almost flipped over a few times, and then we started hitting patches of thin ice with water underneath. The bus began to sink, and I had to use what momentum we had left to keep us from going under. After some tense moments, I finally managed to guide the bus onto solid ground and bring it to a stop.

We began offloading the passengers, sending them to another ice patch that was also solid land. We were completely surrounded by water, with no safe way out—falling into the water would mean freezing to death. As everyone was getting off and gathering their belongings, I realized I had a bag full of meat, like I had been grocery shopping. Then, off in the distance, we saw a rescue boat headed our way. Just as it got closer, I woke up.
