When it comes to one of my training periods, I prefer to keep it basic and simple. I can eat the same thing multiple times, and in fact, I do. I really wish there was a place like this restaurant or Dig Inn near me in Queens. The food is clean and quite tasty. Most of the time when I eat here, the Turkey Meatloaf is my choice. It is a flavorful dish that is clean and healthy, without feeling bland. As a side, I usually get brown rice and mixed vegetables. They also have Vitamin Zero and some other drinks available. Depending on my diet and training progress, I might treat myself to some “Only 8” low calorie frozen yogurt. A place like this is a great option, and I am a fan. I have tried other items on their menu, and they have all been pretty good. Even my son, who is selective about food, has enjoyed their healthy burger!
