I tried sermorelin for a few months, starting with the oral version because I didn’t want constant injections. After three months, I didn’t notice any significant changes, so the clinic switched me to the injectable form.
I used the shots for about a month, but they were quite painful injections, often leaving bruises. Between sermorelin and my other treatments, I was injecting myself eight times a week, which became difficult to maintain.
Some people find sermorelin helpful for building lean muscle and burning fat, but in my experience, it didn’t make much difference. For me, it was an expensive treatment with some discomfort involved.

Just a life long New Yorker sharing the journey through my lens. Please take note of a post’s date. The views I express here are subject to change and evolving as I grow and learn.
