This device is okay in theory, but my wife and I both laid down on it for awhile and didn’t really feel anything. I didn’t feel a stretch at all. I did feel some pressure points on the back of my neck, but honestly it felt more like it aggravated my pain more than anything. Unfortunately, I don’t think this will work for us.
