I have been running a little experiment on myself around inflammation and pain management, and the early results are interesting enough to keep paying attention to.
The test is simple. During the week I stick to a low carb, mostly keto style diet. By the end of the week my neck feels noticeably better. Then the weekend comes, I loosen up a bit, and the pain starts creeping back. It has been consistent enough that it is hard to ignore.
This week is another round of the same test to see if the pattern holds. I will be watching closely.
