Trendsetters: The Epic Bearded Men.

Lately it seems to me that beards are becoming the fashion trend. I can dig it, there’s nothing wrong with growing a thick man mane on your face. Unfortunately, some of us can’t grow a proper beard, and we’ll never be able to join this club of manly menseses! I think I’m okay with that though, I’m not a fan of facial hair myself. Being prior military, I prefer to keep a clean shave, and a high and tight haircut.

This post is simply to state that though many of you may want to join the epic beard man club, not all of you can or should. This morning I saw a guy with a beard that was so epic that it connected down to his chest hair. There was no beginning or end to this beard. Now that’s a beard that is far to epic to be worn in public.

I’m all for this type of epicness, don’t get me wrong. But when the man mane reaches this degree of manliness, then it just becomes downright dangerous. Birds will start to set up shop in the bush, women start getting injured due to  constant fainting, and the other men die slowly as they are devoured alive by the envy that they feel!

The morale of this story? Look long and hard in the mirror, and ask yourself this question: “Is this beard too much for society to handle?” If the answer is yes, then be honest with yourself, and say yes. Not everyone has to follow the trends, do what’s best for you and what’s best society.

Remember that with great power, and an epic beard, comes great responsibility.
