An employer made a great decision using this platform to manage job applications. It took me under 2 minutes to apply for the job, and the process was as smooth as can be.
As a prospective employee, I find it frustrating to spend a lot of time filling out repetitive job site forms, only to rarely receive feedback. It feels like time and effort that could be better used. Platforms like ICMS might consider improving their approach. Their system, which uses individual subdomains for each employer, requires applicants to create new accounts and enter the same information repeatedly for every application. Basic details that could be saved and shared across employers are not, which can lead to more time spent on repetitive tasks.
Companies may believe that long application forms help filter candidates, but often they result in a time-consuming process for applicants. This system could benefit from some updates to make it more user-friendly.
The process with APPLIED, however, was different. It was quick, efficient, and felt respectful of my time. It’s refreshing to find a platform that offers a smooth experience in the job application process. Kudos to APPLIED for creating a user-friendly system that makes things easier for applicants.

Just a life long New Yorker sharing the journey through my lens. Please take note of a post’s date. The views I express here are subject to change and evolving as I grow and learn.
