Over the years I have gone through more wireless headsets than I care to admit. The promise of cutting the cord sounds simple enough, but anyone who has lived with wireless audio gear knows the reality is a lot more complicated. Battery life, latency, connectivity dropouts, comfort over long sessions, sound quality that does not fall apart the moment you step a few feet from the receiver. There is a lot that can go wrong, and a lot that separates the ones worth keeping from the ones that end up in a drawer.
The photo above shows some of the wireless headsets I will be reviewing, and there are more beyond those. No sponsorships. No brand deals. Just honest takes from someone who has been buying this stuff for a long time and has strong opinions about what actually holds up.
Some of these will get praised. Some will not. All of it will be real.
Stay tuned.
