This film is yet another hit with Ryan Reynolds. This dude recently gave us “Free Guy” which I thought was a great movie and now he gives us The Adam Project.

This film is a futuristic time travel film. It starts in 2050 where a future Ryan Reynolds is being chased by some people who want their ship back. At that period in time, they have discovered how to time travel through wormholes.

As I watched this I thought that if I’m still alive by that time I’ll be in my 70s. It made me think about Back to the future and how they thought that they’d have narrowed down time travel by today. Meanwhile, we can’t even ride a train to the city without signal problems and rail work making us late. Though I’m sure things will be more advanced in 2050, I doubt things will be that far advanced. Though I’m not saying I wouldn’t like it.

The film then continues and puts a future Reed (Ryan Reynolds) in contact with a child version of himself who recruits to helps him in solving a pretty nasty future situation. Think Terminator status. The film continues from there with lessons being taught all across the board. The biggest recipient of these lessons being Reed.

This is another very entertaining and heartwarming film led by Ryan Reynolds. What can I say, this guy is on a roll! This is totally worth a watch!
