The jury is still out on Wedding Box. Though my fiancée has primarily dealt with them, I have been involved to some degree as well.
If you are not aware, this place does wedding photography, videography, and related services.
We used them for “pre-wedding” pictures. The experience and the day itself were quite memorable. We worked with Ricky (assistant) and Kevin (photographer). A driver is required to get you around from point A to point B. We did some indoor studio pictures, then went to Central Park and Times Square. Kevin was high-energy throughout, making us laugh and bringing out our best picture poses. Despite the freezing weather, we had a great and fun day. I felt that the experience brought me and my partner even closer.
There has been some minor administrative confusion here and there, but it has always been resolved to our satisfaction. Keeping all the emails and correspondence turned out to be useful. When we brought concerns to Aggie (who I believe is in charge), she was quite helpful and honored what was written.
We saw our pictures yesterday and were pleased with most of them. I will admit, we expected a bit more in terms of picture quality. That is why I say the jury is still out. We saw raw images, not yet edited or enhanced. I am not sure if the final prints and touched-up versions will improve the quality. I am eager to see the final album, which will be available in a few months.
To be clear, the pictures themselves are great, but some images appeared slightly blurry or pixelated, including a few of our favorites. We will see how the end product turns out and reserve final judgment until then.
For now, I will say that my experience has been pleasant. Perhaps I will get my fiancée to add her view here since she has been the main point of contact with them.
