Usually when I’m downtown at work I eat lunch at Dig Inn. I decided that I should expand my culinary repertoire in the area though. So I went to Terri Vegan as a colleague had told me about the place earlier that day.
This place is pretty basic in terms of appearance, plain white walls, and a menu on the wall, some drinks on shelving and Ipad registers. The point my colleague told me was that the food was not visible in this place like it was at Dig Inn. We were discussing whether this was a good or bad thing for the business? Seeing the food, especially when it is fresh made is a great thing.
Anyway, I decided to get a vegan chicken caesar wrap. You know, considering the fact that this thing had no meat in it, I really couldn’t tell the difference. The wrap was pretty delicious, as far as chicken caesar wraps go. No complaints. I also had some healthy brownies from here, they were pretty damn good too. The muffins were very dry, but still quite good.
I’ll definitely try this place again and check out what else they have available for us.
