JustAnswer Review

As I continue to work towards improving my anxiety, there are times when it really takes hold and I start to panic and become desperate for help and relief.

In my browsing, up comes Justanswer. They say on their website that “4 psychiatrists were available to answer my questions.” So like the gullible fool that I can occasionally be, I joined up. Next, I sent in my question and expected that though they might be a bit busy, I’d soon have someone answering my question.

I waited two hours and received no response. So I tried to get help, and several times, depending on how I answered the questions, their stupid bot tried to trap me in a loop and then didn’t let me engage any further.

After several trial and error attempts combining and trying all the options, I finally figured out how to get a human in chat to help me out. Not that they were much help, the support humans simply give you canned responses. Our experts generally respond within 10 minutes. Meanwhile, it’s been two hours since I put in my question.

Don’t worry sir, we will mark your question a high priority. Then when I spoke to another tech, they said, “No sir, it has not been marked high priority, but I will do that for you now.” Oh, I thought they already did that for me, okay.

Then they said that the “experts” on their end could choose to accept the calls or just ignore them. Also, it seems very possible that they may not even have people working despite their site saying you get 24/7 support and that 4 psychiatrists were online and ready to answer questions.

A support person called Melanie continuously asked “Are you still there, sir?” Constantly looking for an opportunity to disengage and hang up the chat session. She did that over and over and eventually asked the question and left before I could reply. A real piece of work she was.

It appears that the support they have must be providing support for a bunch of random companies as she had to verify who I was calling about. “Are you calling about Justanswer,” after giving me several minutes of canned responses. WTF? So you give everyone the same bullshit answers without even knowing where they are calling from?

In any case, I continued to press them and stated that their website was misleading and they robbed me of my money. I insisted that I wanted my money back. They refused, so I continued to raise tickets and press them on false advertising.

Eventually, I think the support person decided that it was better to just pay me back and get rid of me than to keep dealing with my persistent, unwavering harassment. Now, many websites and posts say these guys were scammers and do not return money after robbing you. And though I do agree that they are scammers and full of crap, I did manage to get my money back!

Take that, scammer website! I got the $5 dollars back too… Fuck justanswer. Trash.
