I don’t know what to make of this place. Here’s the thing, I came here later in the day, well after their peak hours. In fact they were minutes from closing. That being said the food that I purchased was already several hours old, and it tasted like it. My wife and I agreed on that point.
I didn’t get food made to order, I decided to try from the “tray’s” of already made items. I had some pork chops, chicken, arepa, rice and plantains. We thought the food was dry, I managed to eat it but my wife couldn’t eat too much of it. I didn’t finish it though.
In all fairness I’ll give this spot a try again and either order food on the spot or I’ll go earlier so I can try the fresh food. Aside from the dry food the place wasn’t terrible, it tasted ok, but we’ll see. 3 stars for now because it was still edible after sitting around for hours.
Just a life long New Yorker sharing the journey through my lens. Please take note of a post’s date. The views I express here are subject to change and evolving as I grow and learn.
