Justine Restaurant

I went here with my sister and my momma bear for mother’s day. The food was good and the service was typical Bronx spanish restaurant. Not attentive or superior first class, but effective and good enough for me.

Here’s the most important thing that I can tell you about this place, they are NOT cheap with the portions. One meal is definitely enough to feed at a minimum two people. The dishes are freaking huge, so much so that I had to focus on eating the fish and not loading up on rice. My mom and sister got lunch for at least one day, and maybe even two from the leftovers we had.

The food was good, I had gotten fish this time around, and I got it morro. I also got a “chinola” passion fruit drink. For us three to have these massive meals, as well as some spanish appetizers, we paid a total of $75 and that’s including a generous tip. If you are in our hood and you haven’t had a chance to try this place out, make some time. They’ve been around forever, and I’m definitely feeling it!
