Way of the househusband

This is a short anime series that was created from manga. You’ll often find that behind every anime series, there is usually a manga it is derived from. I’m really not sure why, but the lady really wanted to check this one out so we did.

I have to tell you my friends, from the very first episode this series totally grab our attention. We were cracking up right from the gate.

The anime is about a former Yakuza boss who leaves that life and becomes a househusband. The insane thing about this is that though he is now fairly tame, he is still a very dangerous, tough, feared and powerful individual. So even when the guy is talking about cooking or anything of that nature it sounds really intense and scary. “You have to take the knife and slice through all the way, clean! I’m an expert in cutting through flesh.”

We finished this series really quickly. It is fairly short with very few episodes, but it’s totally worth a watch. They even have a few really funny cat adventures. They’re kind of like little one-off episodes throughout the series. I 100% recommend that you watch this series. You will definitely laugh your butt off. I even went and got the manga so that I can keep reading. By the way, they did an amazing job recreating the manga for tv. Really amazing and extremely accurate artwork. Do yourself a favor and check out “Way of the househusband.”
