When asked about a sport that I thought could complement our clients’ workout routine, I went with mixed martial arts!

2. Mixed Martial Arts

Rather than specifying one particular discipline — such as boxing, kickboxing, karate, or Brazilian jiu-jitsu — mixed martial arts, in general, requires an insane level of conditioning that will keep your clients at their finest.
