SpineDeck 4.0 falls flat

Yes, it is exactly as you read in the title, I set this thing up, I laid down on it, and it went from a curved plastic frame, to a flat plastic frame. I know that I am not a light man, but you would think that this thing can support an average male weight. I’m 220 pounds presently, and it’s not like my entire frame was on the Spinedeck. I tried it out on both my lower and upper back. It collapsed down to the floor both times within moments. In theory, this device should be a great tool for backpain, but in practice, it falls flat every time. (See what I did there?) I am disappointed with this, but it is what it is. 100% returning this child’s toy.
