Yes, it is exactly as you read in the title: I set this thing up, I lay down on it, and it went from a curved plastic frame to a flat plastic frame. I realize I am not a light man, but you would think this thing could support an average male weight. I am currently 220 pounds, and it is not like my entire frame was on the Spinedeck. I tried it out on both my lower and upper back, and it collapsed to the floor both times within moments. In theory, this device should be a great tool for back pain, but in practice, it falls flat every time. (See what I did there?) I am disappointed with it, but it is what it is. I will be returning this product for a refund.
